Are you interested in becoming a San Diego SHRM Facilitator?
The San Diego SHRM Facilitator Selection Committee is searching for qualified facilitators to lead the SHRM or PHR/SPHR Certification prep classes.
We are focusing on building a facilitator succession plan and are looking for dedicated individuals who not only enjoy facilitating, but who also have an interest in mentoring future San Diego SHRM facilitators. The mentoring program will not only take you through the SHRM Learning System materials, but also help you develop your own hands-on activities and tools used in the classes.
If you are interested in being considered for a Facilitator, Co-facilitator or Facilitator Trainee position, please submit your application to our VP Education at firstname.lastname@example.org. All applications will be reviewed by the San Diego SHRM Facilitator Selection Committee. You may be contacted by a member from this committee to set up an interview that should include samples of your work, a demonstration of your facilitation skills, techniques and/or tools.
Facilitators will receive a small stipend for their time and up to 20 HRCI credits.
Facilitators in training are voluntary and do not receive a stipend.
